Refunds

ConvertEbooks sells one-time AI page packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews.

Unused packs

If you have not used any pages from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our merchant of record. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Partly used packs

If some pages from the pack have been used, the remaining pages are still yours. We cannot refund the used portion. In exceptional cases — a duplicate purchase, a clear billing error, or a technical fault that consumed pages without producing text — contact us and we will make it right.

Failed AI pages

A page is charged only after the AI reader returns a transcription. If a request fails before that point, it is not charged. If you believe a failed page was charged, email us with the approximate time and the file name; we can check the accounting records, which do not contain your page text.

How to ask

Email support@convertebooks.com from the email address used at checkout. Include the Paddle order or receipt number if you have it. We answer within two business days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where a statutory right applies, it prevails.
